Tour of 6 National Parks - Working Travels - Sept. - Aug. of 2016
During the months of September and August of 2017, George and Jan Veazey had the opportunity to tour six of the National Parks of the U.S. during this 100 year anniversary of the National Park System. Driving from Florida, west towards Utah where they began with the Grand Tetons, then following to Yellowstone, then back south to Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon, Red Rock Canyon, the Grand Canyon and then ending with a brief visit to Saguaro National Park in Sedona, Az. In all, we traveled some 10,000 miles and spent over 50 days on the road as we visited and photographed many of the beautiful sites found the western states.
In addition to the majestic landscapes we had a chance to photograph, we also captured critters such as the Majestic Bison of Yellowstone, the Great Grey Owl, mostly lives in Canada and rarely seen in the northwest part of the United States. We also encounter elks, wolves, dear, and of course, American Bald Eagles along with countless numbers of Brown Bears and Silver Tip Bears.
A vast number of the images we were able to capture are also on this site, available to share with you and available so that you can display them in your homes or offices and share with your friends.
